STITCH are an Alt-Pop band from London, UK. They aspire to create Pop music that is independent from sub-genre and era, blending sounds and styles from the present and the past into an ultra-modern hybrid, using bleeding edge production methods. Above all else, they believe in making Pop music that feels to it’s core. Every track on STITCH’s debut EP, ‘Welcome to the Dream’, has been devotedly crafted in their own living room; from the writing and production, to recording and mixing. The whole record was quite literally put together ‘in-house’ between members and companions Nikita, Gray and Kye.

What do they sound like? Intricate dual-gender vocal harmonies with lush, emotive textures supported by infectious rhythm. Rip roaring, party-starting trumpet solos, throbbing and pulsing basses that get you in the gut, haunting violin atmospheres that fill the air, and tearing emotional vocal belts in resounding unity. STITCH recreate their ambitious recordings with impassioned and supercharged live performances in which they showcase their unique fusion of visceral vocals, multi-instrumental musicianship and technological proficiency, seamlessly integrating the old and new, the organic and the electronic. Think Florence and The Machine meets Clean Bandit, meets Birdy, meets Fleetwood Mac.

STITCH were chosen to play London Pride in Trafalgar Square just months after forming in 2016, and were swiftly scouted by MWR (Matt Waterhouse Represents) as official remixers. Shortly after, the band raised £2700 via a successful Kickstarter campaign, in order to bring their debut EP, ‘Welcome to the Dream’ to life. Since then, the group have amassed a follower base of over 20,000 on international live-streaming app Blued, been long-listed for the 2018 Unsigned Music Awards and been offered publishing deals by partners of Notting Hill music. STITCH have recently been discovered by Shodement LTD, resulting in confirmed performances at the likes of the prestigious Global 12 festival; where the upgrade venue is the O2 Arena in Greenwich. The band’s debut music video for their lead EP single, ‘Champagne’, lands on 14th March 2018 via an exclusive premiere courtesy of the hugely renowned ‘Clash’ Magazine. The ‘Welcome to the Dream’ EP will be released across all major streaming platforms on 30th March 2018, before an unmissable ‘EP Launch’ gig in the evening at the Hoxton Underbelly in London.

STITCH now turn their focus to gigging zealously through Summer 2018, and continuing to release captivating Alt-Pop to follow their debut EP.
